RECORD A PAYMENT: MUST HAVE ALL THE ACCOUNTING ENTRIES APPEAR ON THE OPTIONS

Accounting techs, will you bring back the old wave feature where in recording a payment, all accounting entries appear on the PAYMENT ACCOUNT box. Please.

    Hi @epiphany_ong24.

    Are you talking about recording a payment to an invoice or a bill? There is a known issue where users aren't given all of their payments account as options for paying bills. Is this what you are referring to?

    If that's the case, we are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it as soon as we can. I don't have a timeline to offer, but our engineers are hard at work!
