I am feeling helpless, nobody is helping me out in my situation. you guys don't have customer care service where I can call. on support desk, I have send three emails , and no reply yet. my two paid invoices are with you on hold. I need to pay my workers and I am stuck. can someone for God sake help me out. or I should move to next step

They continue to monitor all transactions in Wave hoping to minimize chargebacks and protect you from fraudulent transactions being processed. I see that our Risk team has responded back to you about the status of your payments again on Tuesday the 8th. Once again I appreciate your patience and I assure you that our team is with you every step of the way.
