Client unable to pay invoice

I recently sent out my first invoice, and the first time, the client was able to enter credit card information, but they said it just hung there with a spinning loader for over 10 minutes, until they closed the window. they emailed me, and i resent the invoice to them, but this time, when they clicked the link from the email, it took them to a login screen.

i have double checked all my settings, and don't see anything wrong. how can i troubleshoot this issue?

    My apologies that your client is experiencing an issue with this invoice. It sounds to me a bit like your client may be experiencing an issue with their browser. If this is not something happening with all of your clients, I'd recommend asking them to clear their cache and cookies and make sure they're using a secure browser like Chrome or Firefox.

    Otherwise reach out to our support team via ticket to see if there is something with your payments account or this particular invoice that is stopping them from making a payment.
