Hi As I am no accountant I would like to ask if there is a way to backup your account so that in the unlikely event of a discontinuation of the site one would be able to gain access to your accounting history etc. I understand we are working online and I assume everything is backed up somehow. Your assistance please

    You can do a global export from the settings page (I think it's at the bottom). You'll get just about everything on your account from there. I keep a recent-ish copy of it around too, just in case.
