Why isn't the money in my account after so long?

I use wave+stripe. Collected some money which was paid online with a card a week ago. Till now the money is not in my account. Why?

    Hey @Daya , as Stripe is the one processing your funds, you do have to reach out to them directly to see what the hold up is. You can reach them through their Help & Support page online.
