No Federal Tax deduction

I see no federal tax being deducted from employee's pay when I run payroll. I have entered the tax information correctly and employee is certainly not marked as exempt. Any ideas anyone ?

Could be due to their salary level. Since the standard deduction is now much higher than the past the withholding tables account for this.
