Deleted receipts are processed in balance sheet

I deleted receipts but they are still visible in my balance sheet. How come they are not processed? What should I do?

Hi @Pauline.
I ran a Detect and Fix function from our end to see if it would correct this. Give it another hour or two and check again. Let me know if it worked. If it didn't we'll investigate further and find out what to do next.
