Noticed a required field under Employee Tax Details - "NRA Exemption Amount"

What is expected to be added in this field?
Does this apply for Employees who are US Citizens?

    @olllllllo,
    I would think that is a Canadian payroll tax item. There is no NRA exemption in the US.

    NRA is non-resident exemption, so does not apply for US citizens or resident clients to US. My part-time employees don't earn enough for this to matter, so I just entered 0. Not helpful. But then, there was nothing I could find on irs.gov for W4 guidance.
