    Hey @JNovice007 , it sounds like this may be an issue with a firewall or anti-virus software on your computer blocking the video from playing.

    I have two payments I refunded to customers who paid invoices. Now, those two invoices show as overdue and unpaid. I don't want to delete the invoice but how can I make it to where it doesn't show up in my AR?

    Hey @LambertLandry,

    What you can do instead of deleting the invoices, is write them off, so that they no longer show up as overdue!
