Can Chargebacks happen after 120 days?

I had a client (one of those rare ones that drives you nuts) who we finished a project for. after 125 days of no contact and having completing their service they just reached out and said they filed for a chargeback through their Visa credit card.
It's not a small payment so I dont want to deal with that. Is there any chance they will successfully get the money pulled from our account 125 days after the charge when Visa seems to have a policy that disputes must be filed within 120 days?
TL;DR client filed for a chargeback 125 days after the charge, is wave going to pull the money from my account?
