Business name on customer acc

Hello.
Im new here. And still dont know a lot of things abt WAVE.
Why to use in Customer field Business or Person?
Where to put business name if creating new business customer? Why in "new customer", "contact details" appearing on invoice as customer name? Why "billing" doesnt include business name or customer name? Its very confusing idea to create customers data base like this. Or I dont getting something?
