PDF invoice security

Is there any way to lock the PDF invoice for editing. someone fraudulently copied and pasted my invoice and edited it with their bank details. The PDF was created with Office 365 and your PDF are created with Prawn.
The pdf was down loaded on 12 June by the fraudster is there any way to get the IP addresses of all that accessed the invoice on that day. If so please let me know and I will give you the details.
