Payment Account

Hi, please can anyone help me why an account doesn't appear in the payment account? I used to use it before.

I'm trying to record a payment but the payment account doesn't appear on the drop down list.

    Hi @vb2013 ! Could you give us a few more details about where you're encountering this issue? Are you referring to adding a payment to a bill or invoice? From which account are you attempting to record a payment?
