Payment delay

I am still awaiting a payment via credit card. Paid Sunday and it’s now Thursday and still nothing. This is my first payment received via credit card I am just a bit concerned?

    First off let me apologize for the delay in our response as we are currently dealing with a major backlog in our support requests.

    It seems your payment was made through our third party payment processor known as Stripe. Wave has two different payment rails: our in-house payments system called Wave Payments, and Stripe. Often times we can be limited when it comes to looking into a Stripe payment error, or why the payment may be on hold.

    We recommend you reach out to Stripe's Support Center for a little more information regarding the status of this payment. I apologize that you may be experiencing this delay and please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else!
