Inactivate Customer

I have some customers that only buy one time. They will for sure never come back, it is a one-time product. My customer list is full of these customers and I can not find my normal, repeat customers.

I read that I can not delete customers that have invoices.

Is there a way to inactivate them so they do not always show up?

    Hey there @StephanK

    Thanks for some insight into how your business operates uniquely from some other users. At this time as you may have already discovered Wave does not have a way to deactivate customers who are active on an invoice :disappointed:

    I do apologize about that.

    I am in real estate. 99% of my customers get one invoice in their lifetime. I understand the customers need to be in the system forever, but if I could exclude them from the dropdown that would be great. I have so many in there that are old.
