Payments setup

I have completed all the information in the setup but now I get a message which says: " We need more information. We've sent you an email with more details. Please reply to that email directly" . I never received any email. When I click on "Reach out to us through live chat" I get nowhere!!!! What do I need to do to get this resolved ASAP? thanks,
