hi. I'm not sure what's wrong with wave if I'm using MacBook pro. No problem if I use windows 8 or 10.

There was some server issue last week, might be the remainder of that. Clearing my browser's cache and doing a hard refresh (that's CMD+Shift+R), like they suggested fixed it for me.
I am using Macbook Pro and I have followed your guidelines, I cleared my browser cache and refreshed (CMD+Shift+R ) that command you mentioned over here but still facing the problem, please help. I have faced MacBook freeze issue on my Mac, then I visited this site https://www.appletechnicalsupportnumbers.com/apple-customer-care-number/ and I got my solution.
