Editing a paid invoice

Hi,
I created an invoice for an existing customer and took a CC payment over the phone and sent them the receipt. When they received the recipe they have requested I edit the business name (they want to allocate it to a different entity!).
In other accounting systems I would reversed the payment and edit the invoice but I cant seem to do this. Any thoughts on the best way to get this resolved?

Hey @EmilyM , you should be able to change your customer's name in the invoice or in your Customers page which will change this in the invoice. You can then resend the receipt to your customer where the accurate name will be displayed.
