ROE Service Inactive

Hi!
I am trying to issue an ROE for my employee, which i have used wave to do in the past. However, now in the payroll setup, the ROE authorization says it is inactive, and has been since May. How do I re-activate it? I have a signed agreement still according to the form in Tax Forms.

    I have the same problem. What was the solution to the inactive ROE issue?
