I'm afraid that our Customer Statement feature is limited in terms of customization. Currently we don't support the ability to add bank details at this time. Current the primary purpose of these statements is to remind your customers about outstanding invoices, or send details of their account activity for their records. In terms of their address, the information listed under their customer profile (Sales > Customers) is what will populate on their statement. If you'd like, you can edit your customer's address by pressing the down arrow beside their name and selecting "Edit". I hope this helps!
