collecting payments - limited number of sales for each product

Hello!

My business has flash sales where i take a limited number of orders twice per month.

For example I want to take 20 orders (art piece commissions), where people can order 1 - 6 commissions each.

I message people in an email list and need a way to regulate the payments so that after 20 sales are made the payment gateway is closed.

At the moment I cant find a way to do this in Wave (or any other platform other than Etsy but the charges are too high and the system is challenging).

Does anyone know how i can set this up?

Hey @Mysoulart , as it turns out we don't have a function that will close out a payment option for a customer after it's been used a number of times I'm afraid.

An alternative to this would be sending a Checkout link and then manually turning it off when a number of payments have been made, but this does require you to keep an eye on how many payments have processed.
