Customers not receiving invoice

My customers are not receiving invoices and I am not received emails from wave either. I saw where someone said my email could be blocked? How do I fix that?

I am having the exact same issue any help would be great have invoices sitting there and cannot send to myself for processing ?

Axel thanks but it seems to have resolved itself for now appreciate it. Very sad that wave is moving away from the Australian market but understand the decision.
