Transferring money back to Wave Money

Does anyone know the name of the bank or financial institution Wave uses? I'm trying to add money back to Wave from my Chime (Stride Bank) account, and I can't make the transfer.

If Stride does not have Wave or the institution in their network yet (they said it's not there), is there a work around thru Venmo or PayPal?

I have my Chime account linked to Wave, but have the payout account set to Wave Money. When I try to pay an invoice, I am getting an error - doesn't say what the error is, just that there's an error.

Any help out there?

    Hey @MavDog_Printing , we use Community Federal Savings Bank for Wave Money.

    Can you send a screenshot over of the error message you get when paying an invoice? To be clear, you yourself are paying the invoice as a test?
