Fixed monthly salary

We pay our employees a fixed monthly salary - 1/12 of the annual salary per month. Therefore the gross salary each month should be equal across the year.
I don't see a way to do that in Wave. Is there a way? Whatever I've tried, some complex algorithm always ends up paying less than 1/12.
We're based on Ontario, Canada.

When you punch in your employees salary into Wave, the monthly allocation will automatically be calculated for you. The reason you are seeing an amount that is less than the amount you would expect for each month is because of salary deductions like taxes.
If you go to the Payroll > Run Payroll > Approved Payrolls page and select any pay period, you will be able to see a breakdown of each employees pay. I hope this helps!
