Error when saving payroll transaction

I am having trouble making changes to payroll transactions. In the past, I have recategorized one of my payroll transactions to a "401k payable" account. I receive an "there was an error saving" message when I try to do this. This has been the case for over a week. I have tried using multiple browsers (both Firefox and Chrome) and receive the same error message. I also receive the error message if I try to adjust previous payroll transactions. Any idea why I would have started receiving this error?
