How can i add an editor to my Wave based in Kenya- we are no longer allowed acces for new users

I am a small business owner in Nairobi and I joined Wave in September before Wave stopped accepeting new sign- ins. Thank you for keeping us, the old members on. I need to add my Assistant as an Editor on Wave. I sent her an invitation link successfully, hwever she has been unable to download Wave - due to the block- and cannot access my account. She is to be working remotely and I do not want her to have full access to everything so I have not given her my password. Please advise how I can add users to my already existing account in a country where Wave has stopped accepting new sign- ins. Urgent. Thanks.

Hi @Bituru , I'm afraid that with the new changes, only users who have pre-existing Wave accounts can be added as a collaborator to a business. This means that your employee is unable to create a new Wave account, so they won't be able to access your business as a collaborator.
