New to Wave, got paid online but it won't let me see payment

I am new to wave, was using joist since 2018, decided to make the switch for the new tax year so I can keep better track of my invoices with the desktop app. I invoiced a customer yesterday and they ended up paying it right away, but now I cannot see my payment when I click on it. Will my payment still go through? I realize that I need to verify I am who I am saying I am, but will my customer need to pay again? Or did the payment go through?
