Bug report: Confirmation email should sent to old address when changing the primary email

I have multiple email addresses listed on my account. I changed which one was listed as the primary email.

I received an email on the newly primary account telling me the primary email had changed. I did not receive one on the address that used to be primary. I would think if the idea of the notification is for safety in case someone's doing it illicitly, then it would be more important to notify the old address that it's no longer primary than it would be to notify the new one. Notifying both is good of course.
