    "To authorize the ROE Web Consent form in-app, you’ll navigate to Run Payroll, and you’ll find it in the Things to Do section" Not accurate. Only option is to issue manually. I had expected Wave to issue my ROE a month ago, and only now find out that it didn't and there's no option to do it other than manually. What the F am I paying for???!
