Just thought I'd mention that a client of mine who was seeing this issue in early September was able to pay my Wave invoice this week. She didn't change anything on her end.
One month later and this issue seems to have been resolved. Our clients who use the Edge web browser have been able to make credit card payments without encountering the MS Defender warning.

Same issue for a couple of my clients too. Please WAVE, make this a priority to get fixed.
