Thanks for that context, @aashi_infosystems19. Unfortunately, this is not something that is possible in Wave, as the full invoice needs to be paid in order for it to be marked as such. If your invoice is only outstanding by a small amount, and you're not intending on collecting that amount, you could consider showing a discount on that invoice by that fraction amount, which will then mark that invoice as Paid.
@aashi_infosystems19 . You cannot currently add a discount column to the invoice, but you can add a discount line. To do so, add a new product and add a minus (-) in front of the amount.
