Is it possible to change the email settings so that automated emails are addressed to the Customer Contact's name rather than the customer? Most of my invoices go to companies and changing the name out in each message is time consuming. The notices should by default be addressed to a person (Hi, John) not a company (Hi, ABC Company).
Hey @MichaelG , at the moment this feature isn't supported in Wave, but we're always taking feedback in our Community on how we can iterate on future versions to create a better experience for our users. I'll happily take this as a +1 for the feature.

I need to send invoices out to our members (73 of them).
Is there a way I can batch produce invoices as drafts and edit each one after that.
Some members who live a good distance away and interstate (even an overseas member) get a discount of the full dues.
