Hey @ayoub , the only way to create this balance in Wave would be to create invoices representing these amounts. Customer balances are only tied to invoices so creating these invoices would be the only way to handle this.
" If you have more than one email address to send your invoices to, you can add additional addresses by selecting Add contact below the primary contact."
This doesn't appear on any of my Wave instances. Is it something that's being rolled out slowly?
