    I am trying to connect to my Santander account, my credentials are correct but it says the answers to security questions are incorrect but I know they are not

    I've been trying to connect both my Nationwide (UK) and HSBC accounts but I seem to be getting an error. I can get to the step where it tells me to fill in my login details, but as soon as I click in the box to input the information, I get a loading screen.

    Any idea how to fix this or do I have to go through the process of manualy uploading all the .csv files?

    Hello @WHYLESSAFETY and @LadyManga . I'd be happy to help figure out what may be happening here. Let's first confirm whether the connection we have listed for those banks will work for you.

    @WHYLESSAFETY and Santander Bank
    For Santander, does this URL bring you to a site you can login to successfully?

    @LadyManga and Nationwide (UK) and HSBC
    Nationwide (UK), it looks as though this is working for you now. Is that correct?

    As for HSBC, can you confirm whether you can connect using this URL?

    The reason I want to confirm whether these work for you is that those URLs are what our third party data provider uses to connect the bank to Wave. If those don't happen to work, then we may need to dig deeper to see whether the account types you have with those banks are supported. (Ex: Business vs Personal or Banking vs Credit Card).

    Please let me know if those work and we'll go from there.

    Hi, I'm unable to connect my Marks & Spencers (M&S) Uk Bank account as it asks for a password which we do not use (we use keypad codes instead) please help! Am i still able to use Wave??

    Trying to connect to Unified Bank. All credentials are correct including phone number in the security question section, but it keeps telling me that they are not correct.

    Hi I am unable to connect my Kiwibank acocunt to Wave and I really would like to use wave. I see lots of people are having similar issues, is this going to be fixed? thanks

    I received this error. Can you please explain?
    There is a communication error between Wave and your bank. This is usually resolved within a few days. If it is still not fixed within a few days or you would like to be notified when it is fixed, visit our help center.

    I keep seeing an error message "Your bank needs you to review your account details. Log in to your online banking and fill out any information that is required, then try connecting to Wave again."

    However I am unsure what I need to do within my online banking?

    Hi I am having problem with my ICICI Corporate Banking (India) with wave, recently they add new LoginID feature in their login portal but here in wave it showing old portal, can you please let me know when this issue will be solved, because it is over 1 week.

    You are having issues with Scotiabank connections. "Wave is having difficulty matching your credentials with your accounts. Please check your credentials and try updating/connecting your accounts again. If this doesn't help, visit our help center to investigate the problem." I can log in fine directly. Is there a limit of a refresh once per 24 hours as it was successful 12 hours ago. I reentered the credentials and still no luck

    Hello, my error message when I tried to reconnect my bank was "There is a communication error between Wave and your bank. This is usually resolved within a few days. If the problem persists or you would like to be notified when it is fixed, visit our help center". I have had issues since they did a change in their system two months ago if that helps. My bank is Wells River Savings Bank. Any ideas what might be happening? Thank you!

    ASB is not connecting. I set up a previous account OK. Now I cannot connect. brief message "Waiting for google".

    I am waiting for Wave :-(

    @zuza -- would you be able to help please? Having issues with connecting to IBERIABANK. Getting the following error.
    "There is a technical issue between Wave and your bank. We're on the case. Attempt to update in a few days and if it persists, visit our help center to investigate."

    I'm having the same problem with IberiaBank. I'm on day two trying to get it to connect.

    @NHA I can see your account has connected successfully on Jan 21st and transactions have imported. After you refresh the connection, either from the Dashboard or by Editing Credentials on the Bank Connections page, does the connection bring new transactions? Can you please let me know if that is not the case?

    @KBurns Can you please try connecting a few more times? The reason I ask is that the system requires you answering all of your security questions, at least once, to be able to connect on your behalf from now on. Please let me know how that goes.

    @Eliza It doesn't look like our third party data provider supports many Finnish banks :( You can still use Wave by uploading your bank statements directly into Wave. More info can be found here: https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/208621556-Upload-bank-and-credit-card-statements

    @schexnailder It looks like our third party data provider is experiencing issues with IBERIA BANK at the moment. I will try to get some more info about when this issue will be resolved. Please keep trying to connect every few days.

    The error message is now gone, which is the first time in 2 years it's not been there! I did nothing different in my online banking either, but I'll take it! :)

    My bank is not coming up as an option? What can I do? Can I request that you integrate with my bank? Is there another option to receive payments - like connecting to a Business PayPal account? The bank is https://www.bankwithunited.com/ - located in WV, MD and VA.

    My Credit Union genisyscu.org account fails during Login; My credit untion gets the username, password, and security questions. You then give request myphone number which I provide the number; while the credit union is sending the Security Code to me, you kick me out saying my credentials failed.

    However, you never requested the Secutiy Code.

    I have no idea how to resolve this issue.

    Hi, I'm trying to re-establish the connection to one of my Scotiabank accounts because I'm seeing the following message:

    Wave is having difficulty matching your credentials with your accounts. Please check your credentials and try updating/connecting your accounts again. If this doesn't help, visit our help center to investigate the problem.

    When I re-enter the credentials, I'm getting the following error message:

    There was an error saving your credentials.

    I can log into my bank directly using the same credentials I'm entering into Wave, so I know that they are correct. Not sure why Wave isn't able to save my credentials. What should I do? Thanks.

    Hi, I am still not able to connect my ICICI Corporate India Bank account, it is demanding Corporateid and Corporateid.userid, but I need loginid for connecting, can you please update the link with the new one. which can have both Corporateid.userid or loginid. single corporateid box is not necessary for login.

    Hey @schexnailder, I just checked in with our data provider, and it looks like the ETA for the IberiaBank fix has been pushed to February 6 as of now, so I recommend giving it a few more days and attempting to connect then!

    @ryan_W I have a client who says that Waveapps does not accept their bank for ACH payments to me; they use Eastern Bank in MA, is this true? Can you please send step by step instructs for them if it is not true? Thanx
