• inserting a rate of exchange on invoices

  We are a freight forwarding company and the ocean freight charge is charged out in USD. Since we are in south africa, we require this USD amount to be converted to south african rands, by using the Rate of exchange for that invoice. how can we insert this rate of exchange on the invoice to be automatically calculated into south african rands.

  I recently changed bank accounts and updated these in my invoices, however it only updates for new invoices only. It did not update in set recurring invoices.
