Hi, I just started using Wave today so maybe I just haven't found this yet, but... is there a way to create a generic invoice for the same product and just change the customer? It's a bit of a headache to re-enter the product and notes every time. But overall, great service, thank you!

A lot of business owners have income receipts like for example renting machines, or shifts cash or renting premices e.t.c. Consider making an app for this purpose or integrating it into the current receipts app. It will significantly easy their business daily procedures. Cheers, Kostas

I have been using the receipts function in the Natwest Bank mobile app, rather than through Wave, because of the way it is able to name the files with details from the receipt (for ease of reference) and it is able to put a two page receipt into one file (unfortunuately this is a function i require). We can upload customer CSV sheets to Wave, but I would really appreciate being able to download the sheet too. I have manually input many customers now and would like to be able to 'start' an CSV list using those customers as pre-generated entries. Please implement soon!

Why is there a receipts app and an invoices app? It makes no sense to me. Why isn't there just a Wave app with two functions....invoices and receipts. As Wave adds more mobile functionality (like quotes) you add a Quote function to the app.

It appears that if I enter a manual journal rather than income or expense (which is misleading as they seem to mean deposit or withdrawal) I cannot then allocate against a bill or invoice. I automatically import the transactions from different bank accounts under the same name. Now, I can't distinguish between them because the name of both accounts are the same. Is there any way that I can change the name of the account?

Hello, I am able to make an invoice with the option to get paid with credit/debit card on one of my companies that is located in New Zealand and uses NZD, but with another one that is located in the US and uses USD it does not show me an option to make an invoice with credit/debit card, why is that and can it be fixed?

On a transaction, if you add a category, that category is available for other transactions. BUT if you then select multiple transactions and do a bulk edit, that new category does not show up. You have to refresh the page first.

When doing a lot of transactions, it would go a LOT quicker if you sorted by name. You could then not think about the fact of what category goes to what transaction the second, third, etc time.

Is it possible for me to send an Invoice from one of my Wave business ( Business A ) to another of my Wave business ( Business B ) so that the recipient business ( Business B ) automatically shows it as a Bill? Both businesses are in the same Wave account.

I understand Wave doesn't offer Project based allocations or reporting so I've been looking around at a way of creating sub accounts or alternatively getting accounts to role up in a hierachy. Is this possible?

Is it possible to connect to the data behind wave to perform custom reporting. One of the things I need to produce is an Income Statement which has YTD and Month to Date on the same report in separate columns.

I have been looking at all the tutorials and following the process. I have connected my bank account and still not able to find any button that asks to connect to Wave Payments. Hi, I would like to add an additional column on my invoice. I am a therapist and in order for the invoice to be in the correct format for the medical aid claims, I need a column to add the client's ICD-10 code, but next to each procedure code, description and amount. I am therefore currently utilizing all the column options. Please can you help?
