Hi, I just started using Wave today so maybe I just haven't found this yet, but... is there a way to create a generic invoice for the same product and just change the customer? It's a bit of a headache to re-enter the product and notes every time. But overall, great service, thank you!

A lot of business owners have income receipts like for example renting machines, or shifts cash or renting premices e.t.c. Consider making an app for this purpose or integrating it into the current receipts app. It will significantly easy their business daily procedures. Cheers, Kostas

We can upload customer CSV sheets to Wave, but I would really appreciate being able to download the sheet too. I have manually input many customers now and would like to be able to 'start' an CSV list using those customers as pre-generated entries. Why is there a receipts app and an invoices app? It makes no sense to me. Why isn't there just a Wave app with two functions....invoices and receipts. As Wave adds more mobile functionality (like quotes) you add a Quote function to the app.

It appears that if I enter a manual journal rather than income or expense (which is misleading as they seem to mean deposit or withdrawal) I cannot then allocate against a bill or invoice. I realise in general manual journals are probably supposed to be exceptions rather than the norm but if the journal is from a payment account it would be nice …

How did you guys determine the fees associated with Wave+ services? As you know some of us use Wave to help manage the bookkeeping for our clients. On a transaction, if you add a category, that category is available for other transactions. BUT if you then select multiple transactions and do a bulk edit, that new category does not show up. You have to refresh the page first.

When doing a lot of transactions, it would go a LOT quicker if you sorted by name. You could then not think about the fact of what category goes to what transaction the second, third, etc time.

I'm a long time QB Online user switching to Wave (as QB has taken my subscription from $270 to over $600 in one year with no added features). I understand Wave doesn't offer Project based allocations or reporting so I've been looking around at a way of creating sub accounts or alternatively getting accounts to role up in a hierachy. Is this possible?

Is it possible to connect to the data behind wave to perform custom reporting. One of the things I need to produce is an Income Statement which has YTD and Month to Date on the same report in separate columns.

Hi I’m self employed but not registered as a company therefore I can not pay for my own tax. I can’t find an option on the app to add a deduction for income tax. Anyone could please help me. I would hate to have to stop using the app. Thank you so much.

I have been looking at all the tutorials and following the process. I have connected my bank account and still not able to find any button that asks to connect to Wave Payments. I have looked under sales and every other tab there is. I just really need to get this fixed I have customers that are looking to pay and are unable. Thanks

I have a PayPal account for my business and a separate one for myself, personally. (This is allowed by the PayPal terms of use.) I'm unable to add both.Whichever one I do add automatically becomes "integrated" instead of just a bank account. I don't want to accept payment via my personal account. I would love a permission setting for collaborators to only generate invoices and clients, but another way around this would be adding a password to see the reports section. This way you can manage which collaborators can access this information.

Just a small thought I had, would it be worth splitting the accounting forums into countries or maybe just making a poster add a country when posting? Someone from UK can't help US businesses and Canadian users can't help UK users? Kind regards, Chris
