Received a message on 5th April saying I'd been paid. Funds haven't reached my account. Customer service not replying to my emails. I'm quite shocked that a business that is supposedly about helping people get paid seems to have such contempt for their customers.

I'm setting up payroll for the first time with Wave and in general. Wave is asking me for proof of a previous payment received by CA-EDD, but I've never had payroll before so I have no previous payments nor a DE-88 filing. What should I do so I can start using payroll services and allow wave to pay and file taxes?

Is this possible and how do I do it? I need to record gross wages, vacation, what the employee puts into retirement and what they pay into employee taxes out of their payroll.
