I'm a self-employed contractor who uses WaveApps to issue my invoices. My new employer deducts CPP/QPP and EI from my invoices before the total payment. Hi! I haven’t decided to start Wave Payroll yet. In the meantime, how do my contractors invoice me, so that it registers in my Wave App? Do they send the invoice to a certain email?

I had to let my one employee go. His final DD payment is still pending. I don't intend to hire anyone else for quite some time. How can I properly shut-down my payroll? Any tips on properly shutting down my tax liabilities regarding this are bonus points! Thank You.

so i put in the wrong unemployment tax rate in payroll by a factor of 100... and i cant figure out how to update it. I reached out to wave support and other than an email acknowledging the request, i have heard nothing. can anyone here help me?

I use Wave to manage funded health care for my aging parents. Provincial funding covers many costs to employ caregivers including payroll processing charges. Can Wave provide actual itemized invoices for these services? We just started using Wave, and the payroll services you offer. The due date for the quarterly unemployment insurance tax is 7/31 for q2. When will it get paid? Also, is it our responsibility to file the corresponding tax and wage report to the WA state Employment Security Department or do you do that too?

We are trying to download payroll summaries and pay stubs from previous weeks but cannot locate a link to download these documents. Wave Apps support is closed on the weekend so we had to come here. Any thoughts? Are these simply lost forever now?
