This invoice was paid by wave. However, customer statement shows the invoice as unpaid. Also, I can’t see the “invoice payment” transaction related to this invoice! Can you help me?

I like to know how you pre-set up a person/business as tax exempt in their profile? Do you have to create a tab in the sales tax tab? Also, if a customer has one outstanding invoice and pays for both in a second one, is there a way you can just compile the payment on the second instead of having to make two separate inputs?

I love how Wave invoices look if I send a client a link to view it online but when I download a pdf of the invoice, the words get scrunched up (very little spacing between lines). My business is design related so this isn't ideal. Is there any way to change this?

Is there any way to place on hold, the Recurring Invoice created; rather than End it completely. There are times when a respite is necessary, and Ending the Recurring Invoice, affects the accounting history and Customer Statement.

Hi, in the last few months about once a week an invoice from the past that was fully paid suddenly shows unpaid and overdue - the payment has been removed from it. Previously it would have been associated with a bank transaction, and that transaction is now gone, weeks later. Any idea what is causing this problem? Thanks

Where is the "Sales -> Products and Services" screen referred to by the balloon in the attached screenshot? There appears to be no way to edit product codes on the "Personal" account once they have been created. All other invoicing functionality seems to be accessible except for that one important screen.

I buy items from a supplier and sell them with mark up to my client. How do I record these items, and send my purchase order to the supplier. Hi, I just brilliantly marked the wrong invoice as paid. I don't see the payment under Sales > Payments, so there's no way to delete it there. And I don't see a way to do it within the invoice. Is there a way to delete the payment?

Hi everyone my payout is on hold and we can not get any response from the customer service. We reply the email to them but there is no way to communicate with wave customer service except the chat. Anyone has a phone number for wave customer service?
