For the calendar year, 2020 bank uploads were not accomplished from March 9, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Is manually uploading the only answer?

My transactions stopped importing about 10 weeks ago. I tried deleting and reconnecting, and that seemed to work. Then, about 6 weeks ago, same thing happened. Now, it's telling me that my bank connection is down, and to try again later. Can someone look into what's wrong, and if there is something else I can do to get this connection working?

For over a week my Scotiabank accounts are no longer syncing with Wave. I did notice that SB recently added multi-factor signin using security questions. I tried turning sync on/off but that didn't help. Would removing the connection altogether and renewing the sync work? Or is this a matter of patience as Wave's integration provider figures thing…

My transactions haven't updated in over a month from First Interstate Bank. I've created support tickets but no one responds. Trying to get some traction here before giving up and going back to Quickbooks.

Today, when I clicked on the dropdown box at the top of my Transactions page, I noticed that a new account had appeared in Cash & Bank (labeled "x") that I did not set up. Has anyone had this happen? I would like to know why it "appeared" and why there are bank transactions booked to this account.
