Hi! Been using Wave for years now, but recently I noticed that my transactions stopped updating, I can no longer see my bank connections (it appears like I have none), and I can no longer find my bank on the integrations menu. Has Wave dropped support for Santander Mexico? I hope so, because Wave packs some really useful analytics. Greetings!

Is there a way to add the date of service? We'll be billing customers monthly for services twice weekly and I don't see a way to add a column for that. Also, one customer has us mow 2 addresses-how could I deal with that?

I was trying to connect by hsbc business account to wave. when searching I see HSBC online, but my business account uses HSBCNet, does anyone know if it's still possible to connect it to wave? Thanks! :smile: -Jeffrey

I connected my Nelnet account because my business pays the loans. It imports ALL loans individually and then shows a payment multiple times. FROM the import as deposits. As per my attachment, you can see the starting balance of the HST tax account (this is the refund from the previous period). Why is the "Payments to Government" amount different? There were no other transactions during this period?

Hello there I have similar issues with my currency. My currency (XCD) rate is tied (fixed) to the USD, meaning our rate doesn't change on a daily basis. Our local bank rates are as follows: Cheque /Wire Buy: 2.6882 Cash Buy: 2.67 Sell Rate: 2.7169 Mid rate: 2.70255 Is there an option in Wave Accounting to set a fixed exchange rate?

Hi, Due to a malicious attempt by someone to access my bank account my bank made me change my username. I'd like to keep the account in wave but when I try to login it says I'm using the wrong username because it's different from the one that I originally entered, which is true, but the account is actually the same.
