My bank shows that it should be importing with the green button on. My transactions are not importing. I have toggled off and on and clear cache.

Hi! Trying to connect a couple of accounts. Any idea when this feature will be repaired? Trying to figure out timing/schedules for completing some large tasks by a deadline, and connecting these accounts is necessary to move forward. Thanks!

My bank is connected & the transaction were loading, but have stopped. I reloaded the page several times, logged in and out, updated the connection, deleted the connection and reconnected. None of these things have helped.

I tried several times to link my Netspend business account to Wave and fail everytime. Your bank's website appears to be experiencing technical difficulties. If you can successfully log in to your online banking, please try connecting or updating again in Wave. If the problem persists for 24 hours, please visit our help center._

I have been with Wave for a couple years. Yesterday I logged in and was told that the connection to my bank had expired. But when I go to update in Wave it just gives me the screen with the spinning wheel and does not take me to the location where I can enter my login to my bank. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm following the steps to connect with my bank account. I am able to get a list of all the accounts I have available with my bank, which are 10 in total. However, the list of available accounts I can link to only shows 6 of them. The one I want to link is not showing up in the list of options; it is a regular checking account. Please help!

I am trying to import all the transactions for 2017 through 2019, but only the last 3 months of transactions get imported in Wave. Tried refreshing the updates, which is runs, but does not import any new transactions. The balance reflects the correct amount though, but no old transactions.
