  • All my settings show no connection to my bank account. This is what I prefer and set up. HOWEVER, Wave is still pulling in my personal bank account transactions. This is borderline illegal. Where is this data coming in from?

  • The Helena Community Credit Union recently changed its name to the Intrepid Credit Union. Nothing else has changed (same routing number, etc). All I want to do is edit/change the bank name in my WAVE account. I can't find any way to do this. Can you direct me to find some way to do this?

  • Was just wondering whether there was any change to the setting of the CSV? I have tried uploading the CSV bank statement (have been doing this successfully for the past 2-3 months) but right now, when i tried to upload, it is not showing anything nor mentioning any upload in progress.   • My Wells Fargo business checking account is no longer importing as of November 5. I've tried deleting my bank connection and connecting from scratch. All of my personal accounts show up, but m business checking account isn't listed. Any ideas on what could be going wrong? Everything works on my Wells Fargo side of things.

  • Now that transactions are importing again, why are transactions missing from when it wasn't working? I am missing from around 10/24/19-11/3/19 or possibly only through 10/31/19. It is like the system is only going back to 11/1 or something. I need those October transactions. Help please! :)

  • My client has many credit cards and bank accounts. She has 2 Wave accounts - personal and business. whenever we try to connect the bank accounts something goes wrong. right now they are not updating at all and half of them are not even connected anymore. any suggestions?

  • In the attached picture file, fields are not active and the fields do not respond to a cursor. It means that I cannot enter the coordinates needed in order to securely connect my bank account.   • I am trying to import a csv file from Lloyds bank in the UK. It worked fine when I did this a couple of weeks ago. Now I am getting the error that there are duplicate transaction dates (there are not) and then it only imports the last day of transactions. Please help. This is wasting so much time. Thank you

  • Hello wave! Do you have plan to support bank integration with major Philippine banks and credit cards? It seems a very few bank has banking integration with Wave right now. As an accounting and bookkeeping specialist, it would be great if major banks and credit card issuer had link so we can introduced your software to the masses.
