Why can I not select all unpaid invoices and record a payment simultaneously? I call the phone line and it's unavailable. I got to live chat and it's unavailable. I email and get no reply. Im just trying to figure out why they are withholding payment. Its got to the point where I'm having the customer cancel payment so I can actually get my money. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Hi friends - I do a lot of sales calls and need to have a way to take credit card information over the phone and enter it into wave. Do an immediate charge and have the client receive an invoice. I don't know how to do that beyond sending them an invoice and waiting for them to pay.

Hello! When I started using wave, the invoice total I would get on the invoice editing page and the final draft page were the same. Now, the totals are not. I have to completely unwind a sale I did a couple weeks ago. Do I delete the original? Do I create a new negative dollar amount invoice? What about the associated transaction expenses (cost of goods sold, etc)? I could really use some guidance here.

For some reason, some of my invoices have disappeared. I have a client that made a 50% payment on an invoice and when I went to record the payment my invoice numbers skip over that one ..and several others! Has anyone seen this issue and know how/where to find them?

Hi, I sent a client an invoice for sales tax only as I accidentally undercalculated the sales tax on an earlier invoice. It's been paid but I can't work out how to change the amount received from income to sales tax. Would appreciate any advice. thanks.

I'm using the mobile version for the first time, wavapps worked great on my laptop but now I'm trying the mobile version and am trying to write my first invoice on it and under the price it gives me a keyboard with all the numbers, a backspace button and a done button but no decimal point! How do I add cents?
