I have a small business bank called Small Business Bank and I cannot get Wave to find it or reconcile statements even after I upload .csv files I would love someone to talk me through this over the phone. Feeling stuck and need to get an invoice out. Im very new to Wave

Bank had a breech. As protection, bank changed user name, password and account number. When I tried to log in to reconnect Wave it will not accept the new user name and password at the same time. Help.

There are some people who automatically have to use new version of wave especially for accounting feature. I would like to know whether we can change the version from new version to old.

I can log in on my laptop but not my desktop. Get the 'You don't have permission to view this page' window. Both chrome browser. TIA

Hi guys! How do I set up a secondary account - with new business details, logo etc? I have two independent business is like to use the invoicing app for. I see an icon that says ‘switch business’ however I don’t know how to add a secondary business. At the moment I’m logging in and out. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

I would prefer to not have to select the business everytime I open the wave portal because by default it uses "Personal" as the primary and I can't set a collaborator business as my primary even though I have admin permissions. In the beginning created business for the wave account with a particular name. The name for example is "Tunder Storm Ltd" After several year decided to change the name to " Tunder Storm and Rain Ltd". I keep missing the setting where I create template for Receipts with the correct wording for the email and branding from the correct email address (it is currently using gmail - unprofessional) . In other words similar to the way I set up my Invoice template.
