I sent an invite the other day to my accountant and when I would go to Settings>Users, it used to show they were invited. Now when I go there I can't see them at all. Where did the invite go? It doesn't show them listed at all. Do I need to resend?

On August 2nd I was able to take a credit cared payment (see below), now that option is greyed out. Even odder when I go to settings/payments it takes me out of settings and into the invoice list. Hi, I m bit new to here, My issue is, one of my customer has paid for the invoice unfortunately i cant process the order. But the customer happy to buy something else to that refunded amount, So how can i recognize that ? i can't see any option to recognize in customer ledger as negative balance. Is there a general setting where you can make the gst automatically included, then only have to edit the few transactions that DON'T need gst included, instead of having to choose to include gst every single time? How do you download old invoices paid data to CSV file? I am trying to move to Zoho books but can't find any of that data in the CSV files in Sheets or as bulk export under settings. The only data currently in my Zoho is my customer details and open invoices.
