  • Hi there, does anyone know I can drop the two decimals after the dot in invoicing? We don't use cents in my currency and I can't seem to find the option to leave them out.

  • Hi I've changed my bank acct settings in Stripe so the credit card payments are sent to my new bank acct, but it is not working. Payments still go to old bank acct. I can't close the old one until new one is working. I've been asking for assistance with this for 12 months. Can you help? Thx

  • I uploaded several receipts, but when I try to merge them with the corresponding credit card transactions, I get an error saying that the amounts, accounts and currency codes don't match. When I look at each transaction, all of the information seems to match. Can you help with this? Thanks.

  • I have tried to upload some transactions selecting an account other that the accounts under the "Cash and Bank". Even though all steps of the upload were completed successfully upon completion the transactions were not coming into the "Transactions" Page.
