Title really says it all: I can't connect my bank account, and when I try to use the alternative methods it doesn't accept the files (CSV, etc.)

I have my checking account tied into this app, and it was able to import past transactions. However, this morning I logged in, and there are no new transactions. I also don't see anything indicating it being refreshed, like "last updated hours ago". When will Wave pull in my new transactions from my checking account?

I've been trying for DAYS to have my TD Bank Business Checking account linked to my Waves account. Every time I put in the information and hit submit, it just sits there doing nothing. No message saying incorrect, no anything. Just sitting there like had yet to hit the submit button. Any suggestions?

Hi, I am unable to connect my bank account. In a separate business I have successfully setup a bank account connection. When I look in Chrome DevTools I see this error, "["Enter a valid reCAPTCHA."]".

I get stuck on authenticating my credentials. The reason is my bank issues alphanumeric codes but the wave authenticator is only numeric. I know this because my keyboard only inputs numbers but not the alphabets when i try. Please how do i fix this so i can connect my bank to it. Thanks

Good day, all! If we added a bank account recently that has more than 90 days of history, and we most recently added this account, is there a way to force the update to go more than 90 days? For example, based on this point in 2019, is there a way to force the download of transactions at least back to January 1, 2019? Thanks, all!

I don't see Barclays in the list of available banks to connect. Are they not supported?

These 2 banks are becoming a bit of a phenomenon in the UK, taking over the industry, but Wave does not support them. Could you look into implementing these at some point.

I've connected my Bank of America credit card account and synchronized the transactions in that account. However, there are several pending transactions which are not syncing to Wave. I know some people don't want pending transactions synced, but I do need them to be synced. Is there a way to sync pending transactions?

The transaction are appearing after the invoices are paid. However for the past 5 days they are still in transit and are not being sent into my bank account. Hi Wave Community, Wave won't connect to my account at BankSA. It just give the following error message: "One or more of the required fields were left blank. Please re-enter your information." which is wrong - no field is left blank, and spins endlessly. Does anyone know what to do? Andrew Scott
