Hi there, It has been over 3 weeks and i cannot connect to my bank to import my transactions. The error message keeps saying that the server is down. It is extremely frustrating and annoying to keep getting this everyday. Can this be fixed?? I am from Malaysia and i am using Maybank.

Hello, my accounts are not updating. I can hit "Update Now", and the website goes through the motions of updating, but when it finishes, all the account balances are still the same, as if they were never updated. When I choose "Bank Connections" from the "Banking" drop down menu, I get a completely blank page, except for the menu on the left side of the screen. I've used two browsers, but cannot get to a page with bank names/options. Should also mention I cleared my history/cache for both browsers.

Santander UK does not download their bank statements in any of the file formats that are compatible for uploading. I've been trying to save an xls file to a csv file. But keep getting error messages. Does anyone have an example csv file to work by? 6 hours now, still to no avail. its driving me crazy. please help. thanks

Hi, Wave has occasionally had issues connecting to my bank account (TD Canada Trust) but usually I hit the Update now link and it reconnects. It has been several days now that I've been unable to connect my bank account. Been using wave for 2 years with TD Bank and this is the first time this has happened.
